We are looking for a HR Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment and selection processes, managing employee relations, developing employee training programs, supporting leadership in strategic HR planning and more.
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana - 5 days a week to work from our office.
Work timings: 11 pm - 7 pm Indian Standard Time.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle from hire to retire.
- Crafting HR strategies that align with your organization's strategic business objectives.
- Write, implement, and improvise the HR policies and processes.
- Maintaining the company HRIS and sharing the key MIS reports /Dashboard metrics to Senior Management on a regular basis.
- Responsible for maintaining all HR applications .
- Manage/ administer performance management system.
- Ensure compliance to all legal and statutory requirements.
- Employee grievance handling and redressal
- Drive the employee engagement plans and implement them across the organization
- Provide day-to-day advice, counsel, and support to leadership and other departments regarding application of human resources policies, guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
- Driving pulse surveys and advising management on the necessary interventions required.
- Retaining of key workforce and succession planning for all key positions.
Required Qualification:
- MBA with 10+ years of HR experience in an IT services/products company.
- Good experience across the entire Talent Management Life cycle.
- Should have experience of driving at least two to three PMS cycles in a managerial role.
- Experience of working on HRMS applications.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
