We are looking for a CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced - Senior Developer/Tech Lead who will be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Revenue Cloud solutions, with experience in integrating them with other Salesforce modules and external systems to support quote-to-cash, billing and revenue lifecycle management.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana. Hybrid model - At least 3 days a week to work from our office.

Work timings: 2 pm - 11 pm Indian Standard Time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Develop, and implement robust Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions that align with business objectives and support scalability, performance, and data integrity.
  • Configuration and Customization: Customize Salesforce CPQ (including product configuration, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows) and Revenue Cloud features (such as billing and subscription management.
  • Integration: Lead or participate in the integration of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud with other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practices to development teams, conduct code reviews.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Testing and Support: Conduct unit, system, and integration testing. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Salesforce and CPQ applications.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and streamline business processes, particularly in the quote-to-cash, contract lifecycle management, and revenue recognition domains.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices, proposing innovative solutions as appropriate.

Required Qualification:

  • Experience: 3 - 8+ years in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on CPQ and Revenue Cloud (billing, subscription management, revenue lifecycle management).
  • Experience with advanced features such as product bundling, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware for integration.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II are highly desirable.
