Position Overview:

Required Qualifications:

Enterprise Sales & Business Development Experience (10+ Years)

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, Salesforce Consulting, Cloud Solutions, or Digital Transformation sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets in enterprise sales environments.
  • Experience selling Salesforce consulting, implementation, managed services, CRM transformation, cloud solutions, and enterprise technology services.
  • Strong experience managing large enterprise accounts and strategic customer relationships across multiple industries.
  • Demonstrated success in driving large and complex consulting engagements from opportunity identification through contract closure.
  • Experience handling multimillion-dollar sales opportunities and long-term service engagements.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise procurement processes, commercial negotiations, contract management, and stakeholder alignment.

Salesforce & Technology Consulting Expertise

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem offerings including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Industry Clouds.
  • Experience positioning Salesforce-led digital transformation and customer experience solutions.
  • Understanding of enterprise integration, cloud technologies, automation, analytics, AI, and managed services models.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with solution architects, pre-sales consultants, delivery leaders, and executive stakeholders.

Strategic Account & Executive Relationship Management

  • Proven experience engaging with C-Level executives, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital Transformation, Sales Leaders, and Business Unit Heads.
  • Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships and influence strategic technology decisions.
  • Strong experience in account planning, account mining, cross-selling, upselling, and customer retention strategies.
  • Experience managing global customers and distributed stakeholder groups.

Partner & Alliance Ecosystem Experience

  • Experience working with Salesforce Account Executives, Partner Managers, and Alliance Teams.
  • Proven ability to generate and manage partner-led opportunities and co-sell initiatives.
  • Understanding of Salesforce partner ecosystem and consulting engagement models.
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships that contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Salesforce certifications or Salesforce ecosystem exposure preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Consulting Partners, Global System Integrators (GSIs), or IT Services organizations.
  • Strong network within enterprise technology and Salesforce ecosystems.
