Position Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, estimations, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
  • Assess risk management and make sure that projects are finished on schedule and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, including code reviews, best practices, and mentoring.
  • Contribute to RFPs, technical assessments, and providing accurate project estimations, ensuring alignment with client needs and project deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the Salesforce environment, identifying areas for optimization, improvement, and innovation.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, and drive continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

Required Qualification

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce implementations, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and Bulk API etc. with different business systems.
  • Familiarity with deployment tools and methodologies such as Salesforce DX, Git.
  • Knowledge in planning and executing seamless data migration processes within Salesforce, encompassing data mapping, transformation, and loading utilizing robust methodologies and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • Salesforce Certified Architects are highly desirable.
